Kevin Osman Senior Partner

Kevin believes that not all businesses are the same and therefore provides a bespoke service tailored to our clients requirements. Kevin’s approach is to make sure clients understand how to interpret their accounts and adapt their business in ever changing times. Kevin joined the practice in 1990 and became a Partner in 2000. He is a fellow of The Institute of Financial Accountants, The Federation of Tax Advisors and the Association of International Accountants.

Jon Sanders Partner

Since joining the practice in 2004 Jon has helped to significantly grow the client base and focuses on staying ahead of new and changing legislation. He always makes sure his clients get the best advice and help with their accountancy requirements. He is a fellow of The Institute of Financial Accountants, The Federation of Tax Advisors and The Association of Accounting Technicians. He became a Partner in the practice in 2018.

Dawn Jackson Payroll Manager and Book-Keeper

Dawn has been with the company since 2008 and is responsible for many clients’ payroll and book-keeping needs and is very knowledgeable with Sage accounts and payroll software. She often visits clients to help with their book-keeping and deals with all the internal running’s of the practice.

Jade Sawyer Accountant

Jade became AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified in 2015 and has been with the company since 2013. She deals with many of the firm’s clients on a daily basis and amongst her responsibilities are payroll, book-keeping and VAT Return & Accounts preparation. She is knowledgeable in both Sage and Xero.

Kate Langridge Accounts Assistant

Kate became AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified in 2023 and has been with the company since 2018. She deals with book-keeping and VAT preparation, including Sage knowledge. She also covers payroll, company secretarial duties and accounts preparation.

Holly Lampard Accounts Assistant

Holly became AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified in 2023 and has been with the company since 2019. She deals with book-keeping and VAT preparation, including Sage knowledge. She also covers payroll, construction industry scheme returns and accounts preparation.

Hayley Wells Accounts Assistant

Hayley joined the team in June 2021. She deals with book-keeping and VAT preparation, including Xero knowledge. She also covers company secretarial duties and accounts preparation.

Kate Dryer Administrative and Accounts Assistant

Kate joined the team in September 2023 and is generally front of house for the practice. As well as her administrative duties she deals with book-keeping and accounts preparation.

Les Tasker Founder

Les was one of the original founders of the business which was formed in Lewes in 1983.

He oversaw the continued growth and development of the business until his passing in June 2017.

He will be sadly missed by all and always remembered by the team at Tasker Osman & Co.
